I watched enterprises buy AI that solved the wrong problem. So I left Dell and built a startup to fix it

Ganesh Padmanabhan is the founder and CEO of Autonomize AI, a healthcare intelligence company helping health plans and providers apply AI to some of the industry’s most complex operational challenges. Born and raised in southern India, he spent more than a decade at Dell Technologies, rising to General Manager of Worldwide Converged Solutions, before leading global business development and marketing at enterprise AI pioneer CognitiveScale. He founded Autonomize AI in 2022 with a mission to reduce administrative burden in healthcare and help clinicians spend more time caring for patients. Today, Autonomize operates across three of the five largest U.S. health enterprises, and in 2026 the company was named a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer for its work transforming healthcare operations through AI. Padmanabhan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Calicut and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
